Our Story
In 1974 I was in Northern Minnesota with a wife, career, house in the country, two dogs and a cat. I knew there must be something more. I was agnostic, but a spiritual experience led me to seek a meditative yoga. I found it in the book "Autobiography Of A Yogi".
My Minnesota life left me and I moved to Encinitas California to be around my newfound and enthralling spiritual path. Major shift. Culture shock. After various jobs I started importing and selling harmoniums - used for meditative chanting - out of my home. A shop space opened next to my path's new Self Realization Fellowship temple. I was talked into opening a store and did. Since then, over the years I've added things people have wanted to aid their personal (searching and finding) paths. Spiritually uplifting products and accessories. Business and markets change - loyal customers - and now a website. Although my path is Yogananda and SRF, the store is built around universal truth. In the months ahead, we will be adding some new sections and products specific to the interests of SRF. The site is all new. We will be adding lots more and welcome your comments and suggestions - That's what built this business.
